Four Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies - Cook On Your Home kitchen

Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal cookies, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, so I'm really quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!

Plus they just take 15 minutes to create and clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This really isn't a recipe. It is me telling you how to combine two things together for sweet satisfaction that you don't have to feel guilty about.

For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients out of a box. Just all natural stuff.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe that they're a good breakfast (or healthier treat!) For whoever you're That's unless you are allergic to peanuts or oats. Sorry!

The options are endless with those little snacks! Try adding in some of the following to make it your own:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

nutella

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

Banana and oats bake with address each other to make simple breakfast cookies that yummy such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed

2 cups gluten free yoghurt

If desired you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place oats in blender or food processor and mix until oats become the consistency of bread; it's okay if it's not perfectly ground.

In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favorite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then sew a little with a rubber spatula. Makes about 16 cookies.
